Don’t call it a comeback but The Mindy Project is saved!
The struggling yet fan-favorite comedy that was cancelled by FOX just a few weeks ago has been saved by Hulu. The online streaming service has agreed to keep the series going in a 26 episode deal. Hulu already has the streaming rights for past episodes and has said that The Mindy Project is one of the top most streamed shows on its platform.
This isn’t the first time a series that has been cancelled as been saved by another network or platform. Earlier this year CBS killed off Unforgetable (again) only to have the series picked up by A&E and of course we can’t forget Netflix bringing back Arrested Development last year.
Fan can expect to see The Mind Project up on Hulu at some point next fall.
