Sneak Peek: Get a Look at Once Upon A Time’s Dark Swan

On the heels of releasing the first promo poster ahead of their SDCC panel, Once Upon A Time has now issued the first real look at Emma Swan’s (Jennifer Morrison) Dark Swan.
The photos, shot by famed photographer Tyler Shields, show Emma with her blonde hair in a slicked back bun (as opposed her to usually loose curls), pale skin, red lips, and LOTS of black.
“Every part of her is fighting her dark urges. What happens when [the darkness] mixes with the lightest magic of all, and will Emma have the strength to fight it?” says executive producer Edward Kitsis
“How a Dark One manifests is specific to each person who takes on the mantle. Emma will have her own unique spin on what it means to be a Dark One.” adds EP Adam Horowitz.
