Fall, Wherefore Art Thou

It is now officially September, which would normally mean the weather starts to cool down and I can start bringing my light layers into play as well as my beloved boot collection, it looks like New York did not get the memo.
Earlier this week, I joined several of my plus-size blogger babes to meet, lunch, chat with the heads of Lane Bryant. As you know, Lane Bryant has been a fashion brand since 1901 and I love that they making such an investment with not just bloggers and editors but also traveling to stores and talking to real clients.
Naturally for this lunch I wore as much Lane Bryant as possible without dying of a heat stroke. The minute I saw this red skirt during the Fall 2015 preview day, I knew it would be mine. I paired with a simple (yet comfy) grey tank and accessorized with some bracelets, wedges and my favorite red summer shades.
